PLEASE NOTE:

• A minimum non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of 50% of booking is required at the time of booking. Balances are due 28 days prior to arrival. If booking within 28 days full payment is required.
• All extras and options must be paid for at the time of booking.

• Pitch accommodation includes a 10amp electricity supply for reasonable use but specifically does not allow for charging of electric vehicles.
• We welcome electric vehicles however they must only be charged using dedicated charging points outside of the park.
• All pitches include the use of the onsite toilets and showers subject to national guidance and regulations in force at the time of staying.
• Thornhills cannot be responsible for any restrictions placed in terms of access or use.
• Thornhills operates a respect your neighbors’ policy and asks for all noise to be kept to the absolute minimum after 10pm.
• No large single sex groups are allowed on site.
• All guests must book in upon arrival.
• Only Thornhills supplied firepits can be used. All fire pits ust be located 3m away from any flammable substance and used with caution. If the rules are not adheared to it is the right of Thornhills Farm to remove the fire pits.
• All cars, vehicles, motorbikes, bikes or other vehicles are parked at their owner’s risk. PK UK Leisure Ltd and Thornhills Farm Ltd accepts no liability for loss or damage to cars, vehicles, motorbikes, bikes or other vehicles.
